Job Description

Working for a Security and Risk management company, as the Area Manager (AM) in Kosovo, you will be responsible for management of all business activities of one of their business units.  Reporting to the Operations Director the AM will primarily focus on the marketing and commercial aspects of the business, and be responsible for increasing revenue and profits.  Daily operations are managed by the Operations Manager, who will report to you.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant commercial experience
• Knowledge of the Balkans a benefit
• A graduate with appropriate business qualifications
• Knowledge of financial management
• Excellent organisational and managerial skills
• A proven track record in developing business
• Good interpersonal skills
• Physical and mental ability to operate successfully and independently
